Diana Brown

Diana is an eighth-generation Texan, who has represented hundreds of Texans in all sorts of family law matters, including divorce, suits affecting parent child relationship, paternity actions, termination and adoptions, and enforcements. She also handles probate contests and other types of civil litigation.

Diana is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Diana earned her law degree from South Texas College of Law (summa cum laude) where she was a member of the South Texas Law Review, Order of Lytae and valedictorian of her class.

Diana is also a certified mediator who prides herself on assisting litigants with the resolution of their cases. Diana is a tenacious lawyer who fiercely advocates for her clients, a practical negotiator, and a compassionate family law attorney.
